Registered Nurse
Job Description
Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress.
Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition.
Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
Begin treatment and monitor doses.
If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.
Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit.
Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient.
Maintain patient records.
Create and implement effective care plans.
Requirements
- Updated resume with two professional references
- Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse and Child Abuse Registry Check obtained within 6 months
- Immunization records of the following: MMRV - Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Chickenpox), Hepatitis B series, Tubercullin Mantoux screen
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Nursing and must have an active PHRN License
- Must have at least 18 months of work experience in a clinical/hospital environment.
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be willing to work in (location)
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
PerDiem:A Per diem for meals and incidentals will be paid to the Healthcare Provider in the following amounts

- Mileage rate 0.46/km
- $40 / day for an eight (8) hour shift
- $60 / day for twelve (12) hour shift
- Mileage rate 0.47/km
- $100 / day for an eight (8) hour shift
- $130 / day for twelve (12) hour shift
- Mileage rate 0.46/km
- $55 / day for an eight (8) hour shift
- $75 / day for twelve (12) hour shift
