Job Description
Cares for patients by monitoring them, administering medications and consulting with health care providers
Recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Updated resume with two professional references
- Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse and Child Abuse Registry Check obtained within 6 months
- Immunization records of the following: MMRV - Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Chickenpox), Hepatitis B series, Tubercullin Mantoux screen
Qualifications
- MA minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- MCandidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- MMust be graduate of Bachelor Science in Nursing
- MWilling to work in Nursing home facility.
PerDiem:A Per diem for meals and incidentals will be paid to the Healthcare Provider in the following amounts

- Mileage rate 0.46/km
- $40 / day for an eight (8) hour shift
- $60 / day for twelve (12) hour shift
- Mileage rate 0.47/km
- $80 / day for an eight (8) hour shift
- $100 / day for twelve (12) hour shift
